Montgomery Irwin Architects were tasked with remodelling the kitchen areas, with the addition of a new coffee / patisserie station and reorganisation of the existing kitchen pass. This immediately enhanced the atmosphere of the restaurant and dining experience for customers.

Montgomery Irwin were asked to create a stylish, relaxed and cosmopolitan atmosphere for the La Scala Bistro at the Stormont Hotel, Belfast.

Our clients had an ongoing issue with delivery of food to tables. We were tasked with remodelling the kitchen to address this issue and to create a new coffee / patisserie station. This has enhanced the atmosphere of the restaurant and dining experience for customers.
