the role
The position would suit candidates with a number of years of experience
You will support architectural delivery on a diverse range of projects types across multiple sectors
Ideally 5 years post Part 3
Alternatively, good experience following Part 2
Chartered or well experienced Technologist / Technician
Other experience worth consideration
Architectural design and delivery
You will be able to work on and produce anything from concept sketches to working drawings and tender information
Job running on site
In-depth understanding of the Building Regulations
AutoCAD and Revit (not essential, but useful)
Strong detailing abilities
Organised and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
