Following the huge success of the 148th Open Championship being hosted at Royal Portrush Golf Club during the summer, Premier Hospitality Magazine took the opportunity to talk to Montgomery Irwin director Alan Irwin to get an insight into the clubhouse remodelling works that took place prior to the historic sporting event.
